The staff was super friendly but because they are clear that the hotel suffers from many services and they try to support the clients in any way they can. And they are the ones who have to face the customer in the end. The yoga and water spinning classes in the mornings

They charge you 23USD per day in the final bill for amenities that I detail below because they don't say it in the reservation or comment on it at the reception when you arrive, does it appear on the bill that appears on the TV in customer service - for turning on the TV, for using the gym, for the pool and for the wifi so I explain it to myself with sorrow the receptionist. Those things are not charged because they are supposed to be included in the price. Especially the wifi which they tell you is free. They don't have ROOM SERVICE, only a cafeteria in the lobby where it's so expensive to have breakfast that you have to go to the street with your baby to find something decent to eat because there's not that much variety in what they offer. in the swimming pool there were only six dishes on the menu but they don't open from Monday to Wednesday so you have to manage. There is NO MINI BAR service, there are no fridges in the room and I had to go to get water every day (3. 50 USD FOR 200 ml in the cafeteria just 200 m from the hotel two liters 1, 56 USD in the CVS.. It is NOT a hotel with ramps in case you have a baby carriage and you have to use a handicapped elevator if you want to get around the stairs to the lobby or to the swimming pool, last one you have to warn the staff of the facilities so that they open it for you because it is closed. There is NO baby siter service so you have to make do with your baby at all times. It is not a hotel to go with children, at least small ones. I had to leave diapers for a mommy at the pool because the hotel doesn't offer them and advertisement says that they are equipped to go with the family and with babies. SWIMMING POOL is not a swimming pool, it is a four by four five-metre quadrant where children and babies are in danger. It is not prepared for children and access to the ninth floor where it is located is by a staircase that you can slip if you do not step well and carry the baby in your arms. SHOWER does not have an extra shower and jet is direct with hardly any filtering. JUNIOR SUITE is extremely small.

The location was excellent and perfect, next to restaurants and bars. Had brand-new, a decent size room that was beautifully decor but not cleaned.

It was immaculately clean with amiable and knowledgeable staff at overall customer service. The lobby restaurant at the lobby was the best part.

    Well, no breakfast.

The hotel is very well located a few meters from the DuPont circle subway, the hotel area is Bonita. Except for late nights when there are many homeless people around, you don't feel very safe to walk around . The room is comfortable, it has a coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, safe.

Only the rooms need a frigobar. I didn't like that the guarantee that was withheld from the credit card was not returned the day we left the hotel, on the contrary when we checked out other charges were made, receptionist told us not to worry that they would return everything and that they do it for "security" for them. 3 nights we were more taxed were 550 sus. between the guarantee and other charge when we left the hotel, 350 sus were withheld. Additional. Yes, they gave us back everything, 4 days later, I think they should improve that, since we could not dispose of that balance until much later when we returned from vacation.

I was surprised that I had to pay for Internet access. With your price, it is very unfair that Web access is not free.

    clean accommodations
    great location
    limited breakfast options
    no complimentary coffee
    noise from the street

The location near Dupont Circle facilitated easy access to the metro, and my room offered a fantastic street view. I appreciated the clean accommodations and the cute lobby. I found the breakfast options limited and there was no complimentary coffee available in the mornings. The experience was enjoyable, especially given the proximity to local attractions.
